Bridge City Massage 

All massage sessions are individually customized, wherein the Licensed Massage Therapist will integrate a variety of massage techniques and bodywork modalities based on your preferences. We also include house-made oil blends, hot towels, and heat packs as desired or clinically indicated.

Experience deep relaxation and holistic healing with Usui Reiki therapy a powerful yet gentle, non-invasive approach that utilizes soothing touch and healing energy. This type of session offers a unique opportunity to relax, recharge, and tap into your body's natural ability to heal itself, leaving you feeling refreshed and balanced on all levels. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, addressing physical discomfort, emotional blockages, and spiritual alignment, ultimately promoting a profound sense of peace and well-being. 

During a Reiki session with a licensed massage therapist, you'll typically lie comfortably on a heated massage table. Starting from your head and working their way down to your feet, the practitioner begins by gently placing their hands on (or slightly above) specific receptive points of the body, remaining at each point for three to five minutes. You may feel a gentle warmth or tingling sensation emanating from their hands, but there's no pressure or soft-tissue manipulation involved. With a focus on the traditional Japanese teachings of Mikao Usui, our sessions incorporate sacred symbols to amplify the flow of energy (known as ki or chi). As the session concludes, you may feel deeply relaxed, rejuvenated, and more in tune with your body and emotions. Many people report experiencing a sense of peace, clarity, and heightened awareness after a Reiki session, which can last long after the session ends.

Usui Reiki therapy is great for folks experiencing stress, anxiety, insomnia, grief/loss, and chronic pain. It’s also a good modality for someone who is looking to reintroduce or explore safe touch in a relaxing and peaceful environment.

90 minute - Holistic Massage + 30 minute Usui Reiki Therapy

This individually customized holistic massage includes whole-plant organic Cannabis (CBD) oil extract applied topically to your problem areas, along with heat packs and an anti-inflammatory herbal liniment that enhances transdermal absorption of the CBD. Excellent for chronic pain/inflammation, folks experiencing high stress/anxiety, or on inflammatory skin issues like eczema and psoriasis. Deeply relaxing but not psychoactive. 

*Not recommended during pregnancy or chest/breastfeeding.

All postpartum massages are individually customized just like our holistic massage appointments. The Licensed Massage Therapist will integrate a variety of massage techniques and bodywork modalities (specifically tailored for after pregnancy) based on your preferences. We also include house-made oil blends, hot towels, and heat packs as desired or clinically indicated. The LMT specializes in postpartum massage and is familiar with the unique physical/emotional challenges that caring for an infant creates. These sessions include the use of pillows and bolsters to create luxurious comfort while receiving the massage in the either in side-lying position or while face down (depending on the type of birth experience.) 

*Please indicate the number of weeks postpartum when booking the appointment.

These sessions include the use of pillows and bolsters to create luxurious comfort while receiving the massage in the either in side-lying position or while face down (depending on the type of birth experience.)

90 minute - Holistic Postpartum Massage

Available for Returning Clients Only: New clients must first register with Bridge City Massage before scheduling a session.

This 60-minute therapeutic session focuses on addressing specific musculoskeletal issues, such as chronic pain, injury rehabilitation, or post-surgical recovery. The treatment focuses on restoring function and structural balance throughout the body using specialized techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue, traction, and lymphatic drainage. These techniques aim to reduce soft tissue swelling, inflammation, and restrictions, improving mobility, increasing range of motion, and alleviating pain to promote overall healing and rehabilitation. Each session is customized to address the specific needs of the individual.
